Tough durable carrier same used by military or law enforcement front and back plates stop everything but a AR-15 round or 30-06 round best plates allowed by law the police use weaker plates then I have inside on back of plates shows rating level and says will stop up to 7.62x39 rounds how they test the plates is they shoot at them 6 times within 6 inches I have seen this done it's amazing but I don't need 2 vests
