GEMLOGIS MANTIS + BLEU
Mantis is the latest diamond tester that works independently or in-conjunction with Gemlogis BLEU- a color stone meter with touch sensitive display to further identify the stone type. Quick and accurate testing of loose melee or mounted stones colored or colorless gemstones,regardless of shape or rough cut and as small as 0.02.
In combination with BLEU, you can further expand the readings of simulant gemstones. A 3.5 Touch LCD screen displays up to 30 types of color gemstones, plus diamond & moissanite. A digital color panel allows gemstone color selection to give a more definitive indication about the type of gemstone.

CONTINENTAL US BUYERS:
All orders placed before 3pm on a business day (Monday - Thursday excluding Holidays) will ship same or next day. Any order placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We promise a maximum handling time of 2 days for any order.

RETURNS
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased from us, you may return your item(s) in original condition for a refund within 14 days of
receipt
after contacting us. No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 14-day period.
Items returned in unused, original condition, will be refunded in full. However,
restocking fees may apply
to discretionary returns or returns that arrive back not in the original conditions sent. Returned merchandise must include all packaging, along with included contents and accessories,
bonus items
, documents or paperwork, and Proof of Purchase in order for the full refund to be honored. Please read the entire product description. Items that do not fall within the manufacturer's return or exchange policies cannot be accepted for returns or refunds.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on any returned merchandise.
There will be no refunds or exchanges for used gold testers or any testing liquids (gold testing liquid, acids, R.I. liquid, gel refills).

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days. If you receive merchandise with extensive damage to its packaging upon arrival, please refuse the order and contact us immediately. In such an event, we recommend that you contact the shipper immediately to report the damaged goods.
WARRANTY:
All warranties are offered solely by the manufacturer. If you want to return an item more than 14 days after you received it from us, you will need to contact the manufacturer, which we can assist you with.
