    The Tactical Assault Panel (TAP) is the Modular Lightweight Load - Carrying Equipment allows for quick-release of equipment in emergency situations. TAP is compatible with the quick release system of the improved outer tactical vest (IOTV) and Soldier Plate Carrier System (SPCS).
