Pre-owned but in very good condition, estate sale find, probably one of those gift items that was never used at all.
Works good, keeps good time, has original box and manual. The pen even still works!
One very small flaw on clock face by the "3."  Very hard to see though, kind of have to look at it close from the right angle to even see it.
Nice solid metal base, good heavy sturdy feel to it.
Shipped in a medium flat rate box, it's just heavy enough that  if you live near a coast it would probably cost that much to ship anyway.
