Vintage wedding dress gown on off shoulder long train lace renaissance victorian

Zipper works fine, dress just doesn't fit my mannequin.
Wedding dress gown appears it can be worn either on or off the shoulder. Has lace and Pearl bead details
Vintage size 10 HOWEVER it fits smaller as vintage sizes are different than modern day sizes. The smallest measurement across the waist while laying flat is around 12 1/2" across.
Vintage and may have wear. I do see a button by the zipper back is missing and one if the buttons to hook up the train is missing its top. These would both be pretty easy fixes with new buttons.
